Are you looking for a unique opportunity to build and to make impact? As the Performance Marketing Manager you will manage our digital marketing activity across our key paid acquisition and retention channels (ie. search, display, social). If you have a track record of ideating, executing and measuring programs that have material impact on user growth and revenue with the ability to build a long-term vision for success in the future then we want to hear from you!

 

TYPICAL DAY:

  • Drive acquisition and retention goals by executing best-in-class digital marketing tactics, setting up respective campaigns and by optimizing continuously within the agile marketing framework

  • Apply a holistic view on customer acquisition and retention through several channels (e.g. paid search, paid social, programmatic display) with a test-learn-iterate mindset across desktop and app platforms

  • Consistently seek new and innovative ways to use user data, value propositions and personalization to develop engaging and measurable campaigns

  • Leverage analytics and insights to continuously optimize to channel metrics (CAC, cost-per-action, ROAS) and business goals (New Users, Incremental Sessions and Actions)

  • Collaborate with the local marketing stakeholders to provide insights, manage the marketing budget and support with yearly and quarterly planning

  • Build comprehensive, measurable testing plans to optimize against defined outcomes

  • Work cross-functionally and globally to innovate, share and scale best practices

 

Qualifications

 

YOUR IDENTIKIT:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing direct response digital media strategies in performance marketing channels and major vendors (Facebook, Google Ads, Criteo, RTB house)

  • Experience in DTC or e-Commerce are a plus

  • Experience in app marketing and marketing automation are a plus

  • In-depth knowledge on web analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer)

  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions, experience working with Tableau

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing trends 

  • Experience managing large media budgets 

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally; exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter with ambitious initiative to continue learning
