Job Description
This role supports overall commercial strategy, analysis, and execution for the commercial B2B activities of the automotive team in Benelux. You will help our sales & marketing organization run effectively and efficiently. You will do this by analyzing and improving B2B sales and marketing processes, improving internal tooling, workflows, automated actions and dashboarding. This role will be a mixture of two subject areas but with the expectation that responsibilities are distributed as follows: 50% of your time will be supporting our B2B sales campaigns and the remaining 50% of the time you will identify and implement process improvements and make sure our organization is aware and key team members are trained on these improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Dash boarding; provide sales & marketing management reporting and evaluate the general health of the sales and marketing process.
- Optimize sales & marketing execution Identify improvements within the technical ecosystem (salesforce, adobe, looker) and work with our development team to implement the improvements to increase the efficiency of our sales & marketing team.
- Manage sales playbooks. Amongst others contact strategy, target group selection, account allocation, monitor sales channel performance and improve data quality
- Drive adoption. Regularly train and coach the sales team on salesforce features and usage,
- Campaign management; Co-own and improve end-to-end processes for effective sales & marketing campaigns. Working with product, business processes, sales and marketing to drive success.
- Project execution; Work cross functionally, understanding and highlighting the interdependence of GTM success and improve collaboration between internal departments.

Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in go-to-market project management is strongly preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years experience working with salesforce.com, knowledgeable of the features and experienced in creating reports and dashboards
- Experience with Looker and adobe marketing cloud is a pre requisite
- Flexible, positive and collaborative attitude, works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively own the changes. Works with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to empower others towards common goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, informative PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
- Demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize sophisticated information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences.
- Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional team members and clients
- Project Management - Proven track record to scope a project from beginning to completion. Balance several projects and goals at once. Likes to scope and identify new initiatives with support from senior leadership.
- Relationship-focused - Highly proficient at building strong, lasting relationships with cross-functional partners. B2B Marketing experience is helpful.
